MATARIKI AWARD

The Original Art Sale 2010 will be held during Matariki, the Maori New Year. A special Matariki insipired Award will be presented at the Gala Charity Preview Evening for the artwork chosen by judges that best represents the Matariki theme.

The Matariki Award recipient will receive the following:

• A cheque for $1,500
• All art works entered will be exhibited as a group on the launch evening, and during the Original Art Sale.
• The chosen artist will be invited to attend the launch event along with four personal guests.
• A certificate recognising the Matariki Award.
